We agree to prorate at the regular cost of service and refund any pre-paid service packages after all other reasonable and fair attempts to re-schedule have been made or if you choose to cancel your service(s) for reasons that prevent you from continuing treatment (ex: medically contraindicated conflict with a new medication/life saving treatment).
Refunds on cancelled financed services will not be paid out to the client but will be returned to the financing provider (Medicard).
We cannot refund any service that has been partially or fully completed. This includes but is not limited to Injectables, PRP, Mesotherapy, Laser, and Microneedling.
If you’d like a refund on our products or if you believe a product to be defective all products must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns on skin care and nutritional products that have been opened, used, damaged, or unsealed. Ingredient lists are provided in detail for each product. Please advise us prior to purchase if you have a known allergy or sensitivity. If you have any questions about directions for use, please contact the clinic. Please beware that products sold by Quest Medical Aesthetics are medical grade skin care products, and are to be used only as directed under the guidance of a certified Therapist or Physician. Returns are only accepted on unused, and sealed products that are returned in good condition in the original packaging. Returns must be received within 7 days of purchase.
All refunds and returns are subject to the discretion of the Staff and Management at Quest Medical Aesthetics.
